These terms currently govern use of this website and expressions of interest in the founding pilot. Final paid-service terms, prices, and availability will be presented before enrollment and may require separate acceptance.
Website information
The website provides general information about a proposed salt-monitoring and refill service in Cape Coral, Florida. Estimates, including the salt calculator, are informational only and are not water-treatment advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of future usage.
Pilot inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create a service contract, reserve equipment, guarantee acceptance, or require payment. Service is subject to property location, equipment compatibility, access, connectivity, monitor availability, route capacity, and final enrollment terms.
Service scope
The anticipated service monitors estimated salt level and provides salt delivery, refill, and service confirmation. Cape Coral Salt Co. is not offering plumbing repair, water-quality certification, emergency response, or a guarantee that a water softener or plumbing system will operate correctly. Conditions outside the agreed service scope may be documented and referred to an appropriate provider.
Property access and customer responsibilities
Customers will be responsible for providing safe, lawful, and timely access to the brine tank; maintaining working utilities, internet connectivity when required, and compatible equipment; disclosing hazards, pets, gate instructions, tenant or association rules; and keeping contact and payment information current.
Founding rate guarantee
For an eligible first-10 founding household that completes enrollment, the recurring base service rate presented at enrollment is intended to remain locked while that membership stays continuously active and in good standing. The guarantee does not fix the price of salt or other consumables, taxes, government charges, requested add-ons, emergency or extraordinary visits, equipment replacement, or services outside the recurring base plan. A lapse, cancellation, transfer to another property or customer, material change in service requirements, or nonpayment may end the guarantee. Final enrollment terms control.
Monitoring limitations
Sensor readings and notifications may be delayed or unavailable because of battery, Wi-Fi, internet, device, platform, weather, power, access, or other failures. Monitoring supplements reasonable homeowner or property-manager oversight; it is not security, emergency, leak-detection, or life-safety monitoring.
Third-party services
The website and proposed service may rely on third-party hosting, customer-management, communications, payment, and monitoring providers. Their availability and separate terms may affect service.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use its content or branding in a misleading or unlawful way.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or accuracy. Cape Coral Salt Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or reliance on estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may revise these website terms as the pilot and service develop. The effective date above will show the latest revision. Material paid-service changes will be handled under the enrollment agreement.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any required venue will be in Lee County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Contact
Questions may be submitted through the contact method shown on our main website. A dedicated customer-service address will be added before accepting paid enrollments.
